Background
Hi, I'm Elicia! I currently am a Senior UX/Product Designer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In 2023, I completed a certification in Human Computer Interaction at Iowa State University. I also graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in two majors: Interactive Digital Media: Computer Science and Visual Imaging. In my day to day, I strive to create user-centered solutions and bridge the gap between the stakeholders, designers, and developers through collaboration. I am driven by my empathetic nature to resolve issues in business processes and create easy to use interfaces. In my spare time, I love to help friends and family out with any graphic design projects like resumes, invitations, or event signage. I even started my own business a couple years ago named EC Designs. I also enjoy family events, travelling, all things spooky, and catching up at local coffee shops.
Feel free to reach out to connect on all things UX or request some graphic design work on my contact page!
